1. Processing time - Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent to our manufacturing and logistics center for dispatch within 2 business days after the order is placed.
2. Shipping time - This refers to the usual amount of time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination.

Some products are in high demand and we are trying to deal with all orders in the shortest time possible, so it may take a few more days to process your order. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Due to the global pandemic, please allow any additional delays as certain logistics companies have slowed down significantly. USPS has faced numerous delays recently due to the lockdown in many areas. We request you to bear with us in this matter.
Shipment confirmation & order tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email or sms once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). It may take 2 - 5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
For logistical reasons, items purchased in the same order will sometimes be sent in separate packages. However, we do not charge you for separate shipping fees and ensure all packages are delivered to you as soon as they are ready for dispatch.
Customs, duties & taxes
Magic Lush is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
*Usually there are no additional import costs imposed on customers. However, we cannot guarantee that this will not happen in the rare event that this occurs (depends on locations, item purchase and manufacturer).
